Writing

I write because some things refuse to stay silent.

What begins as a thought, memory or feeling often finds its way onto the page before I fully understand it myself. Through writing, I am able to hold onto fleeting moments, revisit old ones and make sense of what remains.

These poems are not conclusions, but conversations. They are fragments of a life, gathered over time and continuously added to. Whilst they begin with my own experiences, I hope they leave room for others to step inside them, finding pieces of themselves between the lines.
